Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

Please include proof of purchase or order confirmation with all return requests.

Do not send returned products directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Due to the specialized nature of research products, some items may not qualify for return once opened or used.

Partial Refunds

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may qualify for refunds. Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
